How many gigs do I need to install minecraft for computer?

Minecraft is a very small game, it is a bunch of the coding, but the size comes from the worlds, which is sized by how big they are, but if you had to worry, you computer may not be able to run the game, but the game itself is less than a gb ( i think ) but will grow with your worlds
