I was just playing on Minecraft and all of a sudden a message pops up on the screen and it said: "Your house went missing". And I went to go find it and it wasn't there. What could have happened?

Are you sure It didn't say "Your home bed was missing or obstructed"? That means your bed was destroyed somehow. If it didn't say that, then I have no idea.
