How do I download The Sims 4?

First you need to be familiar with EA's game client, Origin.

It is a program you run, a digital store just like Steam.

Once you've installed Origin you can buy Sims 4 digitally straight from it. There will be button to download and play it.

You can also buy the disc version, but, the disc comes with a code and that code must be added to Origin. Once you've done that, you then own Sims 4 on Origin exactly as if you bought it digitally. The disc is not used to actually play the game, it's just a quicker method of installation if you have slow internet. By downloading it You download it on origin. I tried it and it didn't work which sucks. I kept trying it over and over. It says it's supposed to work with mac but it didn't.
