Are these computer specs good enough for minecraft and other computer-heavy games and recording for youtube videos? Going to by buy a computer so i'm looking at this computer but i know nothing of the specs.

No, and those parts are pretty old. Processor is low end, and the Nvidia 260 GTX is also older and not so good for modern games

Its a very old computer part wise the CPU had there been a decent GPU could manage Mine craft on low settings but the GPU is very old and low end.
