I have gone to bedrock and cleared out a spare of 50X50 and made sure it light enough for other mobs not to spawn but I not getting any slimes can anyone help me figure out what I doing wrong the room is 4 blocks high

Make sure its slime spawning chunks. Go on youtube and search slime chunk finder go to the website enter world info and WALA.
