Minecraft slime farm

I need help I built a slime farm and its 16 by 32 and four blocks above bedrock. But no slime has spawned I've had zombis skeletons spiders and creepers spawn but no slime. There's no torches on the ground and I always play on hard. So please tell me if I need to do something else or if I did anything wrong. I will much appreciate it.
