I accidentally changed my minecraft to Arabic?

So I was trying to turn mobs off and it got really laggy and I mis clicked and yay somehow it's in Arabic or something now and I have absolutely no idea what to do halp

Anyway, how you do it if you are running the current version (1.7.10):
1. Go to your Minecraft
2. When in the menu screen, click the bottom left button on the screen (settings button)
3. When you are in there, click the button that is on the left that is one above the most bottom button there. That will take you to your pick-a-language screen
4. Find a language you can understand and change it to that language
5. BUILD AND CONQUER!
