Hard to figure out. An error code like C0000005 is usually a security violation, you do not have permission to access something… What that is, is hard to figure out.
Also, check that you are running the right version of Java, 32 bit on a 32 bit OS/System, and 64 bit on a 64 bit OS.
Make sure you have enough ram to run MC, check the memory settings in the run script and leave at least 1GB free ram in your system. Do not allocate more than 2GB ram if you have a 32 bit OS (and 3GB to 4GB system memory)
