That would also depend on your CPU. However, since this is a very, very low end card, I'd say less than 30FPS on most games. You may need to turn down a lot of settings to get somewhat playable results.

30 on good graphics on GTA, though, you really have to have a lot budget to get that card, stuff out there's so much better and TOO much money. If I were you I'd just save up another 100 or so and get a GTX 1050 Ti, depending on your CPU, and whether it would bottleneck it. I personally consider under 60 unplayable; it looks horrid to me. I'd much rather wait and get a card that isn't going to splutter constantly and make me play at 30, but it's up to you.
