Does my minecraft sever work?

Nay, I don't think you know how ip addresses work.
Type what's my ip into google then tell that number.

I'm sorry mate, it doesn't seem to be working, but I can give you a few tips on how to fix it.

1. Go to the search bar and type in cmd and press enter. Type in ipconfig and press enter. Now, if you are connected to your internet locally, look for Local Area Connection and look in there for the IPv4 address. If your connected wirelessly, do the same except look for Wireless Network Connection and look in there for IPv4 address. That address that you see is what people will use to connect to your server if it is what you said, go to step 2.

2. You may need to port forward your IP address. To do that, look up "how to port forward your IP address for a Minecraft server" on Google.
