Do you think people lie about their age on video games like WOW or Minecraft?

Everybody does.

Always! Some are 30 and say they are 18.

Yeah, all the time.

I play/played WoW since vanilla ( the start of the game when their were no expansions out ). Yes people do lie about their age in WoW BUT i have found that all of them that lie about their age is typically under 18 and just trolling. I don't know about you but majority of the people i meet on online mmorpg games like WoW are actually adults probably 20+. I meet a LOT of people in WoW because well it's a must if you want to do end game content now majority of my long term friends from WoW is actually in their late 20's to early 40's. I myself am 21.

how do i know they are lying about their age/not because i only talk to people using software called Ventrillo, Mumble, or teamspeak, skype works as well and basically they are just to talk to people like in a chat room with headphones. Minecraft i don't know i don't play minecraft.
