Computer unstable constant Blue screens?

So basically I have been fine for about a month then all the sudden playing minecraft for an hour causes my computer to bluescreen. The error is:
Attempt to reset the display driver after timeout failed.
STOP 0X124
nvlddmkm
I've tried pretty much everything and I'm at my wits end nothing fixes it. Do I need to grab a new computer or something? Its new so I can't imagine it being hardware related.

Added (1). nvlddmkm.sys sorry I typed this in a hurry.

Added (2). I tried all of that but sadly it didn't work. I found a program called firestorm and set the GPU clock lower and that fixed it (the graphics card was somehow overclocked) but now I have a new problem.
IRQL not less or equal

This error is coming from the Nvidia display driver. Uninstall then go to the Nvidia site, download and install the latest driver
HTH

Download DDU ( ), boot into safe mode, run it to completely remove the graphics drivers from your PC, then reinstall them. If that doesn't work, your graphics card may be dying.

The nvidia driver has a time out of about 3 seconds if it fails, you can extend this so it doesn't crash by changing a registry entry there are numerous entries on the internet here's one https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/502643/win7-tdr-driver-timeout-detection-38-recovery-/

Other problem could be the GPU cooling fan is stuck, not rotating properly for cooling. It sounds like you have a typical GPU overheating problem.
Otherwise, after all the other comments are checked, it could be the video card is failing, that does happen once in a while (I've had a high end video card fail on me once)
Turn off all overclocking, if set. Check your ram as well, run with one stick at a time if you have multiple ram sticks…

Yeah take it back if you can
