Yes, you can. It probably won't be as excellent as a really good computer but you can play Minecraft on it.

Yes. You should fine it plays pretty well as long as you don't use massive texture packs. You may have to dial down the render distance a little however.

Its cool that you can play on a surface pro 3 because I just got one.

If anyone wants a surface pro 3 and you don't know where to get one you can get them at the apple store and best buy. There's probably more places to get them that I don't know about.
