Say I wanted to say in the chat: "Shovel"
After saying that, a command block would give me a shovel.
Is that possible? If so, what's the command for it?
Can Minecraft Command Blocks use Voice Commands?

It exists but not in vanilla minecraft, it works either with mods or using plugins which require to have Bukkit.
