I'm playing on my bukkit server with command blocks and i want to to make it so if a player goes in a area it will instantly teleport them back
Can command blocks teleport players in minecraft without redstone devices?

Using command blocks for this kind of idea is pretty hard. Why don't you download WorldGuard and every other Essential plugin? I'm sure there's a function where it automatically warps you to somewhere.
