Building a MMORPG computer?

I'm computer hardware illiterate and have never given much thought to it until now when I decided I want to build a computer from scratch. I truly enjoy MMORPGs and the occasional game like minecraft. Being so illiterate is a new feeling for me, so I figured I would ask the all powerful internet for knowledge. What would your suggestion be on things like video card, CPU, and how large of a hard drive I would need for multiple MMORPG? Also any helpful knowledge on the entire subject.

MMORPGs are mainly low to medium demanding games. One of the most demanding is "The Elder Scrolls Online" just released in April 2014.

in order to be able to play even such games very well it is not yet necessary to have a top computer. A $700 build including operating system will do, e.g. This one

as MMORPGs are games running on 1 or max. 2 threads even an Intel i3 processor is better than any AMD FX processor. The reason is that one Intel core is more powerful than an FX core. Don't let fool you from these AMD freaks.
