Any mmorpg with low system recruitments?

Ok so, when I bought this laptop i thought it would be fine for gaming. But of course. Nope. So I'm looking for a game with low level recruitments. Even Minecraft won't get over 15 fps. Here are my computers things

Processor: AMDe-1800 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.70 GHZ.
Installed memory(RAM) 8,00 GB (7,60 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor.
Its windows 8.1.

Is there anything i can do so it would lag less in games? Any safe downloads.

How about runescape?

The reason it lags so much is you have a terrible video card, I suggest upgrading that.
