Any laptop that can run roblox and minecraft at 60 fps?

Cause my little brothers birthday is coming up and hes been complaining lately that his laptop has been lagging and hes not getting 60 fps. He mostly plays games like roblox and minecraft anyone know one that can run them at 60 fps for around 300 dollars? Cause thats all i can afford.
