I have the 360 version and i don't want to buy an xbox 1 just for the one version of mc, but i do want to get the version (expand worlds) is there any way to get one version on 360?

No, there isn't. Because the Xbox One has more memory and power than the 360, it can handle bigger worlds. That's why they're there and can't be brought to the 360.
