I own both, I've had PC way before 360 and Xbox One. Anyway, how close is the content matched up to date with the Xbox One's content?
There aren't horses in the One version so they must be pretty far behind no?

It's not as far behind as you might think, it's just that the console version (so far) as just hand-picked certain features from each update to bring across. The PC version will always be further ahead, though.

The XB1 version is exactly the same as the latest 360 version accept it has bigger maps. No extra content to speak of.

Depends on the pc but if anything if you have the money pc is better
