Minecraft xbox one grey rectangle on screen?

I have minecraft for the xbox one, but when I opened my world a sorta transparent box took up three quarters of my screen, any ideas to get rid of it

Restart Xbox? Maybe reinstall Minecraft?

If it's faint lines than that's supposed to happen. It's just the effects of the game. I had this but it shouldn't be that visible when it's day time.
