Windows key activates even if it is deactivated?

Sometimes when I play games, buttons activate themselves like they would if the Windows key was pressed but it isn't. (So when I press D a new desktop opens) In fact I even have it deactivated on my keyboard. (if i press it alone it doesn't work) It also isn't my Keyboard, because this is the second one I'm using but the Problem persists. So far only 2 games have made this Problem happen. Minecraft and Borderlands 2. I'm using Windows 10, but I had windows 8 before and it happened there too. On my old keyboard it helped if I mashed on the windows key, but afterwards I couldn't type c, h, v and some other letters. Now the only way to fix the Problem is a PC restart please help me as this is very annoying.
