I don't play minecraft, but I watch Joey Graceffa playing hungercraft (a hunger games themed minecraft game.)If you watch him play this, you would know that him and his friend Stacy get kicked from the sever sometimes for using caps. They get warnings and such too. Why is this?

Most people find sentences of all capitals annoying, it's hard to read and has long been considered the text version of shouting. To combat this, most servers have plugins installed that monitor chat for poeple typing in all caps and then it usually kicks them temporarily with a warning to not do it. Repeated kicks for this on some servers can lead to a ban. Unfortunately because the plugin just looks for all caps, when someone types things like WOW! Or LOL it is still picked up by the plugin. Hope this explains it a little for you.
