What could you build on minecraft when bored?

I like to build castles, horse corals, and nether houses, or houses in the ender.
Sometimes i make large houses and make hidden room (painting over the door to the hidden room).
Roller coasters, or even large models of mobs (once i built a giant cow).
Also giant monster houses. Anything you want to! In creative, i like to go super high up in the air and then make houses connected to eachther by minecarts. Its so much fun just riding around! Try making the mines of Moria, that should keep you busy.
