Can someone who has experience tell me if all of my window 8.1 apps games and programs will be compatible with windows 10.

We do not know all of your apps and games, so how can we tell you?
Each computer is a little bit different than the other.
While I've been using the Windows 10 Technical Preview edition for months now, without any problems, and now using the RT consumer version on a few systems, without any problems, all I can say so far is great things about Windows 10.
It has some very cool gaming features too. And I'm running the latest games and mods. All running great. Some performing better now than when I had Windows 7.
All I can tell you is I upgraded from window 7 to windows 10
and everything works fine. Even my Microsoft office works
fine.
If you have the reserve app then click the menu, looks like 3 bars stacked on top of each other, then click Check my PC. It'll tell you if anything is incompatible. If nothing is listed then you're OK.
