My Minecraft graphics/textures looks messed up, and I'll link you to a picture.
It's very hard to play when it's looking like this.
Please help! I've been searching everywhere for someone who had a problem like this with a solution but I had no luck.

Uh that's how it's supposed to look
Do you share your computer with somebody else who also plays Minecraft? It looks like you have a resource pack on (or texture pack depending on what update you're in). Try checking to see if you have one on.
If that is not the problem then I'll edit my answer and try to help you more.
