My Minecraft Shaders are messed up?

I just downloaded the shader's mod onto my minecraft, and whenever I try to get onto a singleplayer world the loading screen blinks then starts flashing. I use forge 1.7.2. Any idea on how I should fix it? And a way how to fix it?

The shaders might be too outdated or it's too much for your computer to handle

That's why, 1.7 updates can't use mods that change "everything" because of the.jar file has already enough info that your adding too much info. So, you can't fix, you just need to use different updates like 1.6, 1.5, or 1.4

Your computer might not be as up to date as it should. In 1.7.2 mojang issued a warning to old computers. That y i can't play anymore haha.
