I'm trying to launch forge 1.9 - 12.16.0.1865 to be able to play with the Minecraft comes alive mod but when i lauch the game a bunch of words come up and the game doesn't actually launch?

This means that your computer is too slow to run the mod.

The "bunch of words" is the details of what the loader is doing - save them to file and then read the last few lines which will tell you what is wrong. If you do not understand them then post them on one of the specialist MC forums, not here.
Check you have enough computer memory and that you have the latest Java installed.
