I tried taking out all the mods except one but it still wouldn't work! I even tried different ones to see if that one was the problem. But still no solution!

AMD Computers do not use Intel Graphics Chipsets, they use (formerly ATI) Radeon Chipsets and Device Drivers. And, that's what the very last line in the Crash Report means.
BTW: Thanks for including the Crash Report, it contained the only REAL clue.
Post this question on the MineCraft Forums, there will be lots of people that have had the same problem.
