I just got an enchanting book with Fire Aspect as well as Feather Falling on it. What do you suggest i use this book on?

Kind of depends. If this is on a server with PVP I would say use it in a sword. The more damage you can do to a person the better.
However in regular minecraft on singleplayer, use it on boots because it will help with traveling and ender pearl fall damage or just fall damage in general. Fire aspect can be bad on regular LP worlds as mobs whom you hit them with can hit you back and get you on fire as well.

Book - Boots. If you are on a pvp server and you get low health you need to run and with reguler you will die from a short fall but with fellther falling you can keep runing.
