If you skip school to play Minecraft, you need serious help. I would recommend calling 911 and reporting the problem immediately.

I've been there on video games. Quitting it is a major task, instead try after school to go out with a friend even if it's something minor. Maybe you'll find something else you like and it will pull you away from minecraft sometimes. It's ok to play it, you don't have to quit entirely. You don't even need to not play it for a whole day, just make sure you do other things in real life.
