You can change which version you play in the Minecraft launcher.
In the bottom left hand corner, you should see which profile you are playing as. Click "Edit Profile", then click the check box where it says "Allow use of old Minecraft alpha versions". Click on "Save Profile" at the bottom when you're done.

Be careful because the Alpha versions can be really buggy and unstable.

Make a profile on the minecraft launcher and while looking at the versions, click "enable old alpha versions." then scroll down on the list until you see "old_alpha 1.0.15" and choose that. Then enjoy:3
