Prabably not, you might though but Mojang isn't really look at that kind of stuff aslong as you paid for the legit one. There's no link to give because Mojang never said anything about that. But you should delete it anyways, the full version has everything the cracked one does and more, but if you don't delete it nothing will happen unless you tell Mojang or spread it around and Mojang finds out.
