The xbox one version of minecraft is coming out and I want to get it and I'd rather pay the $5 upgrade instead of the $20 for the normal cost but I still want minecraft on my 360 so I want to know if I do the $5 upgrade do I get the xbox one version and keep my 360 version or do I just get the X1 version? Also on my xbox I have a digital copy not a disc

Yes you get to keep both copies as this is a promotion to motivate Xbox one owners who also own a 360 to buy it
