Okay so I tried getting minecraft on Xbox one, and I owned it one Xbox 360, so I thought it would just show up on the "ready to download" section, but it didn't, I tried using the cloud, but I can't find out how to get to the cloud on Xbox one. What do I do?

You will need to repurchase the game. You can either download it by going into Store - games then find Minecraft and buy from there. Or buy the disc version.
While xbox1 does have backward compatability, it is still new and not every game is compatible as yet. And games that have both 360 and xbox1 versions may never be on that list at all.
