Will the Xbox one s get the super duper graphics pack for minecraft?

No

As far as I know, all versions are getting the graphics pack. It won't let you play in 4K like you could if you had the Xbox One X, of course, but it will still add the shaders and shadows, etc.

We know it's coming to Xbox One X, and it was also announced for the Nintendo Switch. So based on that, I would think it will be coming to all versions (minus Wii U).
