I bought another controller so me and my little brother could bond, but i'm giving options for him that I like, its titanfall, cod, redemption and games like that but for some reason he don't find them interesting, does anyone know a multiplayer game we both could probably agree on?

If shooters is what you're looking for, then some good games to look for would be Halo or one of the Gears of War (Caution: Lots of blood)
Although, he might not find the games you offered interesting because the games could be repetitive after a while, going in, killing, dying, and repeat. But there are lots of games that offer other options, such as Blacks op's Zombies mode, very fun to play with a friend or sibling as it encourages you to work with your teammate.
If it's not shooters he's interested in, Fighting games such as Tekken, Naruto, or Street Fighter offer lots of fun, having to pick and choose characters, then discovering their combinations and dominating.
It all depends on what you both can enjoy, try other options, such as racing games like Forza (race and compete with each other), or Sandbox games like Minecraft (Build, travel, survive, thrive, possibilities are endless). Just find a type you both enjoy and have fun ^-^

Sports games like Fifa and NBA 2k are really fun with multiplayer. If you like fighting games, try Injustice or the new Mortal Kombat.

If your brother does not like shooter games, I suggest playing sports/racing games like nba 2k14, fifa, madden, etc. If that does not convince him, I suggest puzzle games, one in particular, portal 2. It has a good and mysterious plotline, single and multiplayer mode, and a sense of humor.

All the games you mentioned are shooters so try looking into other genres. Minecraft has already been mentioned and is a great adventure game with other people. I don't know if there are any other coop/multiplayer adventure games for the 360 but there must be more than Minecraft!

I would suggest Minecraft, I wasn't sure about it and thought it was a game for 5yr olds but my little brother got me into it and it's actually really fun and can be very creative.

How old is your little brother? I sometimes play blackops 2 zombies with my brother which we both enjoy playing… Minecraft maybe? Just some ideas…

I would recommend portal 2, dead rising 2 and rayman legends amd maybe superhero squad
and if you are into fighting games and like animes then tekken, street fighter and naruto will also be fun
