I go to there site minecraft.net, then there store. But I don't see one for pc any where to purchase. So I'm confussed. I see for xbox and phones but not pc. If anyone could help that would be great.

Have you created a mojang account and gone through the whole process? If so and PC is still not available Contact the Mojang team Vie your account and explaine your issue they should be able to assist you

Go to http://minecraft.net/...ecraft.net, then click on Store.
The big banner at the top with the orange "Get Minecraft" button is for the Windows/Mac/Linux version (it's the same one for all 3). It's above the links for the 360 and Pocket versions.
Then you create an account and go on to buy the game.
