Need players for minecraft smp world?

Hello I'm starting a minecraft smp world! It will be on Xbox 360 I will be building spawn unless anyone wants to help. There's just a couple rules if you want to join. 1. No ruining other people's things you will be kicked 2. No stealing that goes for items in chests, shops and anything that's not yours. 3. There isn't really a set age limit but I don't really want anyone under 12 4. You don't need a mic but it would be nice 5. Have fun!
