I'm stuck between the two. I was going to get a new laptop for christmas and just get minecraft for the new laptop. I was also thinking of just getting an xbox instead and use minecraft on there.
Is there a difference between the two?

Minecraft on Pc has more blocks and more players therefore more worlds and servers to explore while xbox is more simple will less blocks and less players.

PC is loads better. You can add hundreds of mods on PC, there are way more players, and you'll have the latest version. Xbox always has an old version.
