How to play Minecraft Windows 10 edition with Xbox one players?

I read online that there's cross play with Xbox live and windows 10 edition Minecraft so I wanted to know how to do it

You can't.

It'll work between the Xbox One edition and Pocket Edition, but not the Win10 Beta Edition.
