How to change your Language of Xbox Games?

I purchased Games through the marketplace and i changed Language and Locale to Spanish and i was wondering if the games will go to Spanish any possible way, it worked for Minecraft but i'm wondering if it will work for COD Games as on the details says english and maybe can go to spanish

I think your Xbox will try to automatically make the games you play default to the language your Xbox is set to. If not, most games have a language option under the Settings menu on the title screen. Some may be strictly English (or whatever language is on the box), though, and nearly every Indie game doesn't have a language setting at all.
