I want to upgrade to Xbox One and I'm planning on EBay. I plan to sell it in a buddle. This is what I have;

I think $250 is a fair price for sure. When you include all the accessories and games, that's easily a $450-500 book value, so $250 used is a good deal!
You can plan to sell it for however much you want. Whether you get it is another question.
i sold my 360 elite 120 gb with GTA V and only got around $80 for it. You can create a free ebay account, and search for recently sold items with similar bundles. Then you can see what they started the bid for, how long it lasted, and what the winning bid was.
keep your games. Xbox one announced backwards compatibility in November. I would at least keep cod 2, battlefield 3/4, as those may become BC in the future. The publishers and developers of any game has to approve it for Microsoft to make them BC on xbox one.
I'd get GTA V again for the xbox one version as there are new features the 360 one didn't have.
check your local game stores like game stop or disc replay. They may have trade in bonuses going on now that you will get more out of towards an xbox one then you ever will on eBay.
Xbox one's start at around $300 now during the holiday sale. If they have any trade in bonus at least $100 towards an xbox one, i would take it. It's guaranteed money and if you sell on eBay, you may not even get that. As people always bid low. I'm not discouraging you from trying, i'm just being realistic. And if someone gets a winning bid of $100 or less, you usually have to honor it. There maybe repercussions from eBay if you don't, like fees.
