I doubt i have an HDMI cable, i've looked in the back of the tv and saw HDMI, but no cable is plugged in. Is there any other way to play? I've tried clicking start on both controllers, held down on the second controller, and just clicked on start on the second. I got my tv sometime in the mid 2000s, so I'm not sure about resolution and whatnot.
Added (1). note: It is not toggled on for online mode, nor am i connected to xbox live at the moment.
