I hadn't played my xbox in a few months, i got it out of the garage and took off the case to vacuum it out, its now hooked up in the living room with a new controller and everything. It turns on and plays some of the games but the ones i really wanna play need internet, like minecraft. I thought it was because of the cord and got a new one, but it still not working, it said that it can't obtain the ip address so i got it manually, now it says it can't connect with a static ip address. Help? I'm considering getting a new xbox and replacing the hard drive, i found allot of cheap ones on amazon.com
