Can I download minecraft from my old xbox 360 to my new one?

I recently got an Xbox 360 for my room but already have one downstairs that my brother uses. We downloaded minecraft onto our hard drive and I was wondering if I could transfer that download to my new xbox without having to re pay for it? Any help would be great
