How do I build anything taller than 2 blocks high in Minecraft. I'm playing survival xbox 360 and unless I make stairs I can't get my guy higher up. I see in building tutorials ppl moving their cursor up like they are floating.

You can stack up (Jump while looking down and place a block while your in the air), Or you can play in creative mode and fly (That's probably what you see in building tutorials).
