My Lenovo V570 is finally on it's death bed and I want an affordable computer that can handle quite a few games that the Lenovo couldn't. Here is a list of games I would like it to run on at least medium or high (preferably high): Skyrim, Payday, Minecraft, Space Engineers, Metro 2033, Metro Last Light, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat.
What is an affordable laptop that can run skyrim at high settings for at least $800?

I would recommend the Acer V3-772G-9643 which can handle Skyrim at high settings but the price is not $800 it is around the $900 range

Either one of these would do you nicely. I would also head over to Lenovos website. I got a great gaming laptop over the summer for under $750, a Lenovo y400.
The two links I listed are about $25-50 over $800. If you can hold out to the summer, you likely will find better deals. The best time to buy laptop is during the summer and late fall.
