Wow, for that price, that is horrible. You don't need those specs to play those games and record them. A dedicated potato can do that. If you're spending that much money, this one will destroy it so hard.

Don't listen to 420 YOLO OVERLORD, he's overspending on the GPU way too much. Honestly, its not that great of a gaming build. For that price just build one yourself. Its really easy and you can just learn from some tutorials. If you were to build a PC for that price, I would recommend something like this.
