I went on to the minecraft website I made a Mojang account completed step 1 and 2 my community name had a tick on it but when I clicked purchase nothing happened only it went a lighter green when I clicked it, it didn't bring me to the download part or tell me what's wrong and my credit card details were correct
Why won't minecraft allow me to purchase it?

Try clearing your Cache; click CTRL SHIFT DELETE at the same time.
